Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaOnly 2 barrels were produced from this single NOTL vineyard, with the cab sauv vines pressed off in an old-school basket press before 1 year in French barrels. Ripe black cherry, cassis, is perfumed with dark florals, and framed with long, fine-knit tannins. Acidity is easily lofted, carrying this to an alluring espresso finish.
