Sourced from 250m in the subregion of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and from limestone / volcanic laced soils, this organic grigio was native fermented briefly on skins in stainless steel. Crisp and bright, with crunchy green and citrus fruit dancing on the sleek palate, kissed with elderflower, and finishing with a dash of salinity.
