Mt. Boucherie Summit White 2023
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMt Boucherie Summit White is the new bookend to the Summit Red label. Both wines are Bordeaux Blends that hold flagship status at the winery. The '23 White Blend is a stylish mix of 61% sémillon with sauvignon blanc and chardonnay that is a treat to sip. There is a nod to the Graves AOC, but there is more electricity in the cool-climate Okanagan version and a touch of wealth from the chardonnay. Smooth and sleek with a lemon custard base, it's a glass of class and more. I like it now, but it will age gracefully over the next 5-7 years.
