Soave, Verona, Veneto, ItalyThe blend is an 85/15 mixture of garganega and trebbiano di Soave, grown on deep, loose-textured basalt and volcanic rock soils from the Monteforte d'Alpone area in the historic Soave Classico zone. Levarìe refers to the east-facing slopes of the Soave Classico region, which receive the morning sun's light and coolness. The result is a pear-forward aroma with hints of almond, saline, and citrus, flecked with tropical pineapple.
