It is the second edition of this label, which reminds me of a modern California chardonnay with an Okanagan sensibility (with way better acid). It undergoes a complete malolactic fermentation, softening the acidity and giving the wine a creamy texture as it rests in neutral French barrels that provide an environment for expansion.
