Laughing Stock Vineyards Market Bubble Brut 2021
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the sophomore effort of the Market Bubble, with the debut earning a gold medal at this year's National Wine Awards of Canada. And there's no slump here. Expect ripe red apple, strawberry, lemon, and hazelnut, with the 58% pinot noir really being at the fore. Plus, there's a solid amount of toasty autolytic notes after 36 months on lees. That's lended a soft, creamy mousse, leading to a rich, rounded finish.
