Fanti Soralisa Sant'Antimo Bianco 2024
Sant Antimo, Tuscany, ItalyThe Tenuta Fanti estate has belonged to the Fanti family since the beginning of the eighteenth century. It extends across 300 hectares in Toscana, 52 hectares of which are specialized certified sustainable vineyards, 110 hectares are olive orchards, 80 hectares are used for seed plots, and 70 hectares are forests. This blend of 45% Vermentino, 45% Viognier, 5% Malvasia Toscana and 5% Trebbiano Toscano was from clay soils around 210-370m, and vines ranging from 10-30 years. It was fermented and rested in stainless on lees until the following spring. Fragrant yellow fruits are met with fresh green herbs and crushed white peppercorns in this intriguing blend, one that buzzes along the palate to a snappy tangerine twist.
