Eduardo Delaunay Chassagne-Montrachet Le Village 2019
Chassagne Montrachet, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceAt six years, this Chassagne-Montrachet shows some oxidation and age. The colour is a light gold, with the nose offering notes of caramel, white pear, and ripe peach dusted with chalk and mineral. On the palate, a rich texture quickly coats the tongue, followed by hints of honey and almond that preview a long, soft finish. Ready to drink. The grapes come from the marl and stony soils of the Les Champs de Morjot plot, situated south of the village at an altitude of approximately 230 metres, below Les Boudriottes and Les Morgeots.Tasted: 30 October 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:| BC | $165.99 | 750ml | select private retailers |
