La Goutte du Seigneur is an easy drinking blend of Grenache and Syrah, from 30 year old vines rooted in the estate’s clay limestone soils. This underwent 2 weeks of maceration in concrete tank with a native ferment, and saw no time in oak. Crushed florals, perfumed plum, wild blackberry, and violets are woven through this fresh, medium bodied red, with long, fine grained tannins, and an easy limestone lofted acidity.
