Bonnezeaux, Anjou, Loire, FranceThis sweet chenin (135 g/L RS) is grown on grey/green schists of Bonnezeaux, and late harvested with botrytis. The native ferment was long and slow in stainless. Pouring a golden hue, this layers honeysuckle, baked quince, caramelized grapefruit along the silken palate, finishing with lingering honey.
