This syrah comes from Lincoln Lakeshore's Black Bank Hill vineyard, tipped with 9% of viognier off the same site. Ample black pepper runs throughout the wild blackberry, black cherry, subtle violets, and tart cassis on the medium palate, wrapped with finely sticky tannins that finish with more peppercorn.
