Conti Bossi Fedrigotti Fojaneghe 2017

Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyWow, a lovely perfumed nose introduces you to this intriguing merlot and cabernet from Trentino. Expect ripe plummy fruit, perfect acidity, and balanced structure throughout, all with that Italian dryness that makes the wines so drinkable and food friendly. In 1957, Count Federico Bossi Fedrigotti, the father of the current owners of this historic estate, was the first to plant Bordeaux varieties, releasing the inaugural label in 1961. He believed a blend might have potential in Trentino. He was certainly right, as this 2017 reveals, having more than adapted to its wide terraces overlooking the Adige River. Ready to drink and excellent value too.Tasted: 21 October 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
