ChileI have been sampling this wine since 2012. Over the years, improvements in both viticulture and winemaking have enhanced the wine's texture and sophistication, resulting in a more refined blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 22% carmenere, and 18% syrah. The bouquet features classic spicy notes, black currant, roasted pepper, and savoury desert scrub. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and juicy with hints of blue and red fruits, as well as additional bold, spicy boldo nuances. The grapes are organically grown, the wine is vegan certified, and it offers a moderately tannic structure.
