ChileI have been trying this wine since 2012. Over the years, improvements in viticulture and winemaking have enhanced its texture and complexity, resulting in a more refined blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 22% carmenère, and 18% syrah. The bouquet offers classic spicy notes, black currant, roasted pepper, and savoury desert scrub. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and juicy, with hints of blue and red fruits along with bold, spicy Boldo nuances. The grapes are organically grown, the wine is vegan certified, and it features a moderately tannic structure.
