Ailm Brut Rosé 2022

West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Brut Rosé presents a subtle light salmon-pink colour with a vibrant, fresh, and floral red berry bouquet. Berry notes and enticing hints of pastry persist throughout the wine, which offers enough body to capture interest while retaining the elegance and sophistication characteristic of all Ailm labels. This wine pairs excellently with sautéed prawns. The final blend comprises 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. Consistent with the Ailm approach, the base wines are vinified separately in stainless steel, undergo complete malolactic fermentation, and then are matured for 23 months on their lees. A final dosage of 8.5 grams per litre is applied, using Chardonnay to preserve a harmonious pink hue.Tasted: 09 October 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
