West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Brut, priced at $45, is a very stylish multivintage blend with a persistent soft, lively mousse, streaked with an electric mineral citrus undercurrent and a perfectly balanced for fruit and acidity, leaving it dry but in a friendly manner. There is significant value here. The base wine is initially fermented separately in stainless steel vessels. Malolactic fermentation is conducted to soften the acidity and enhance complexity. The final blend comprises 57% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, aged for over 24 months to enrich the wine's depth and mouthfeel. The dosage incorporates Chardonnay and 7.5 grams per litre of sugar, balanced by pronounced acidity.Tasted: 09 October 2025Tasted by: Prices:
