Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Naramata Bench estate, this was partially native fermented to fully dry, with the larger part with an arrested ferment to keep the natural sweetness. Perfumed lychee, fragrant peach blossoms, and rosewater sail through the off-dry palate, seasoned with lime peel and ginger, and easily lofted with a citrus acidity, finishing with lingering orange notes.
