Alentejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalThis blend of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, and Trincadeira come from Alentejo's granite, clay, and schist soils. Primarily fermented and rested in stainless, 10% saw time in older 400L oak. Ripe and sun sweet with fleshy plum, black raspberry, and baking spice, held with sticky / pasty tannins to a warming finish.
