Tightrope Winery Pinot Noir 2023
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPinot noir and Naramata are a solid match, aided by a site that is neither too hot nor too cold. The 2023 opens with light forest floor flecked with spicy clove and black fruit. Black cherries, plums, and raspberries mark the palate with some slightly sticky tannin yet to be dispersed, plus a whiff of smoke. Drink now or through early 2027. The fruit is sourced from two Naramata Bench sites: Fleet Road, and Marmot Vineyards.
