Roussanne (54%) and Viognier was primarily fermented in stainless (73%), with the remainder in used French oak where it spent 5 months with weekly bâtonnage. Perfumed cold cream beds apricot blossom, ripe pear, mandarin, and jasmine, drawn out along a subtly waxy frame, finishing in fragrant spices and bitter orange pith.
