Domaine Artema Chardonnay Cru 2023

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis chardonnay was fermented and aged primarily in French oak (89%) with a smaller portion in stainless steel (11%), with bâtonnage once a week for the first few months. It opens with ripe yellow apple, quince, and a hint of pineapple, layered with notes of toasted barley, butterscotch, and fresh cream. On the palate, it has soft acidity and a smooth, rounded texture. The finish is modest in length. Overall, it’s a ripe, generous, and approachable chardonnay with moderate complexity and emphasis on richness and toastiness.Tasted: 02 August 2025Tasted by: HJ ChaPrices:
