British Columbia, CanadaThe blend here is 56% merlot and 44% syrah sourced from the terraced Reluctant Dragon Vineyard just north of Summerland. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels, positioned upright with their heads off, before being filled with hand selected fruit. Typically, only one or two barrels make the final cut, resulting in less than 50 cases of Ouroboros. It is a rich red with plum, ripe blueberry, and boysenberry with a dose of cigar and vanilla.
