Chronos Petit Verdot 2021
Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Chronos PV is grown on the home vineyard in Osoyoos, where production in 2021 was only 2.93 tons per acre. After a classic open top fermentation, the destemmed grapes undergo an 18 month ageing process in American and French oak barrels. After repeated tastings, it was decided to isolate this year's petit verdot and make a standalone single bottling. It is a blockbuster red with rich, dark black and blue fruit peppered with smoke.
