The cuvée is made from the first free run and press juices to preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grapes. Post-ferment, it spends several more months on its lees to build texture and mouthfeel. Look for a straw colour and a refreshing nose of lemon, lime, green apple, pear, and a streak of black cherry that spills onto the palate. Pure, clean, and elegant, it is a wine to enjoy during the rest of summer and take you into fall. Perfect with the classic goat cheese match or local shellfish.
