Cellier du Pont D'Arc Ardeche Blanc 2024
Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceThis delicious sauvignon blanc/grenache blanc hails from the Ardeche region of southeastern France. The cuvée is made from the first free run and press juices to preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grapes. Post-ferment, it spends several more months on its lees to build texture and mouthfeel. Look for a straw colour and a refreshing nose of lemon, lime, green apple, pear, and a streak of black cherry that spills onto the palate. Pure, clean, and elegant, it is a wine to enjoy during the rest of summer and take you into fall. Perfect with the classic goat cheese match or local shellfish. It's currently on sale until the end of the month at BCLS. It is also HVE certified, Haute Valeur Environnementale, signifying that the wine comes from a farm that prioritizes biodiversity, minimizes pesticide use, manages water resources effectively, and pays close attention to the protection of flora and fauna. Love the value.Tasted: 15 July 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $18.99 | 750ml | BCL Stores |
