All of the base wines were whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with 40% MLF. Bottled in summer 2020, the wine spent 4.5 years sur lattes before being disgorged in November 2025 with 7 g/L of dosage. Bottled in August 2019, the wine spent 4.5 years sur lattes before being disgorged in March 2024 with 7 g/L of dosage. In a harmonious place, with bright green apple, seashell, lemon pith and peel up against vanilla wafer and subtle Rainier cherry brioche notes.
