Russian River, Sonoma County, California, United StatesThe Interlude Series Rosé originates from Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. The nose and palate are a strawberry affair, with good acidity and some phenolic notes, finishing dry. A food pink, I suggest a mix of pork and vegetable skewers, or cedar plank grilled salmon.
