Township 7 Interlude Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Wahluke Slope, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesSourced from the historic Bacchus Vineyard in Wahluke Slope, Washington, planted in 1972 on sandy loam soils. It was hand-harvested, fermented cool in stainless steel, and mostly aged in stainless steel, except for a small portion that spent time in second-fill French barrels. The result is a tropical lemon lime nose and palate with some dryness pushing through the finish. The winery is suggesting pasta Primavera, or grilled halibut with asparagus.Tasted: 08 June 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
