Lake Chelan, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThis single vineyard gris was sourced from Clos Chevalle, a sustainably farmed vineyard that sits above Lake Chelan in Washington. It opens with ripe yellow fruits with a dusting of honey. The mid-palate is awash in more orchard fruit and a smooth, soft finish. It was fermented in stainless steel to preserve as much fruit as possible, save for a single French barrique.
