The palate is both textured and concentrated, with crisp, racy acidity that gives this drive and energy. The fruit is pure and focused, but there's an underlying savouriness that adds depth and keeps you coming back to the glass. These grapes were sourced from Washington State's Wahluke Slope AVA alongside a large curve in the Columbia River. Juicy quince, fragrant pear flood the off-dry white, with chenin's characteristic acid backbone streaming this sleek white through a snappy, white grapefruit finish.
