Kaleden, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHand harvested pinot grapes come from a Kaleden vineyard overlooking Skaha Lake and are aged for 18 months in French oak before heading to bottle. It is a delicious sweet pinot with ripe plum mixed with cherry compote and a hint of spice and pipe tobacco. The tannins are silky soft, and the texture is medium light with an enticing, almost ethereal finish. Ready to drink, it would be perfect with grilled chicken or salmon.
