Ontario, CanadaSunlight White is a lighter (9.5%) vidal, meant to be calorie conscious (90 cals / 5oz) and also has a temperature sensitive label, with the sun turning bright orange when the wine is cooled for drinking. It was fermented and briefly aged in stainless. Tight and lean, with lime leaf, tart green apple, and subtle white melon, finishing with a snappy white grapefruit note.
