British Columbia, CanadaI have said it before and will repeat it: Monte Creek will surprise many unfamiliar with the winery's vibrant, bright fruit style. In this case, the Ancient Waters Series Cab Franc is an excellent example of a lively red fruited franc with a tension and freshness that has your palate salivating after each sip. The nose is a red currant, clove, and licorice affair while the palate is more raspberry, plum, and white pepper.
