Lightning Rock Rosé de Noir Traditional Method Brut Nature Waters and Banks Vineyard 2022
Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Waters and Banks Vineyard was planted in the early 2000s with Pinot Noir (115, 667), Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot. The property abuts the south side of Lightning Rock, and is so close that they say it is barely distinguishable from the estate Elysia vines. There's a lot to like about this bubble, from the colour the size of the bubbles and the texture, but it's unexpectedly oxidized or, at the very least, tired.
