Lake Chelan, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThe Chardonnay Pét-Nat is an organically farmed sparkling wine sourced from Dry Lake Vineyard in Washington's Lake Chelan AVA. Compared to the Chenin Pét-Nat, this wine offers more mouthfeel and presence, with aromas of orchard stone fruit and subtle brioche. The generous bubbles enhance the weight and length of the palate. Dry, crisp, and refreshing, this wine pairs well with dishes such as tempura or fish tacos. Fermentation was carried out in a combination of stainless steel and second-fill French oak barrels.
