Ontario, CanadaFrom vineyards doing back to 1984, this baco was destemmed and free run, aged in new - 2 year American barriques, and partially finished in 5000L foudres over 12 months. Juicy boysenberry, mulberry, and plum is lit with a tart cassis acidity, and framed with long, plumped tannins to a peppery finish.
