En Terre Coup de Bol 2023

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEn Terre is a newer project from Terravista Vineyards, allowing the owners to expand beyond their original portfolio. Coup de Bol sources 56% grenache, 26% syrah, and 18% cinsault from Naramata Outlook, En Terre, and Rock Oven vineyards from Penticton and Okanagan Falls. The grenache and cinsault were cofermented, while the syrah fermented in oak vat, all blended following MLF and aged 9 months in French oak. 38 cases produced. Herbal and twiney, with plum, cassis, dark earth, cured meats, tobacco, and ample cracked pepper along a slight palate, with barely-there tannins finishing with tart cassis and more pepper.
