Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis blend of 50% clairette, 25% roussanne, and 25% grenache blanc comes from the family's organic vineyards on loess, limestone, and sandstone around 250m. This was native fermented (no MLF) and rested for 6 months on fine lees in concrete. Perfumed pear blossoms, fragrant white peach and apricots glide over a creamsicle and lees-decked base, kissed with honeycomb and lifted with bright tangerine acidity.
