Côtes du Rhône Villages, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceFrom CdR Villages Visan, this biodynamic blanc blends 50% marsanne, 40% roussanne, and 10% viognier from young vines in calcareous clays. It was fermented cool and rested on fine lees in stainless. Fragrant and forward with pear blossom, white peach, apricot, and honeycomb on a waxen and expansive palate, trailing off with sandy spices and bitter grapefruit.
