Valdeorras, Galicia, SpainThe DO Valdeorras is home to this godello vineyard growing at the municipality of PetÃn in poor, shallow soils containing clay, iron and slate. Post ferment it is aged for five months. The attack is fresh and intense, featuring a mix of citrus and green fruits, a slightly oily texture, and a long, complex, persistent finish with the perfect hints of stony minerality.
