Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLow-alcohol wines tend to suffer the same fate, lacking mouthfeel and a uniformity in flavour, regardless of the wine. Incognito at 0.6% alcohol boasts an excellent flavour profile, featuring fresh mineral notes and dry pear, green apple, and fresh cut greens. Light and fruity, it has enough mouthfeel to keep you happy, and basically at the zero level of alcohol. This was sustainably farmed, with a zero-pesticide policy.
