Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaYoung pinot noir vines from Trail Estate's home winery in Hillier, PEC, was fermented in stainless before heading to bottle and 5 years' rest on lees, disgorged in October 2023 with 0 dosage. Glowing peach salmon in hue, this tart pinot leads with smoked stone and ash before subtle white cherry and toasted brioche on the core. The finish is bone dry, grapefruit brisk, and sharp. 9.5%.
