Ontario, CanadaJuicy Red is a blend of marquette from organic Appletop Vineyard, 240m close to Georgian Bay, along with 20% viognier from Grimsby Hillside, 10% Gew from Tzafona Vineyard, and 10% cabernet franc from Foxcroft Vineyard. Partial carbo, partial whole cluster, partially destemmed and aged in neutral French oak, the whole has come together in a fruity, juicy, chillable, crown cap red.
