This sauvignon blanc comes from Columbia Valley's Horse Heaven Hills AVA, and it was inoculated and fermented in stainless, to preserve its fresh acidity. White asparagus, tart gooseberry, and pithy lime rule the bright, crisp palate, tempered with ample bitter citrus notes that clip and sharpen the finish.
