CanadaThe cuvée is a 77/10/8/5 blend of gewürztraminer, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and sémillon. The effect is a leesy, fruit salad white wth creamy textures and barely enough acidity to keep it fresh. Earlier picking and more precision winemaking would help moving forward.
