Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis continues to be one of the Okanagan's benchmark chardonnays, with an impressive release from the 2023 vintage. Winemaker Chris Carson has deftly handled the heat of the vintage, retaining elegance, poise, and the distinctly Meyer styling. The fruit is gold-hued but still bright and citrusy, with beautifully handled oak that frames everything together. The palate shows the soft richness of the vintage, but it's still balanced and fresh. Regardless of vintage, McLean Creek Road Vineyard always comes through in the glass.
