The palate is more of the same with a dry citrus finish. This is a skinny sauvignon that would be fine with creamy dishes or freshly shucked oysters. It is a replacement wine sourced from Rosebud Vineyard and Talcott Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope AVA in Washington State.
