Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaFlora is a new line of wines from Nova Scotia's Lightfoot and Wolfville focusing on the hybrid grapes that have proven well suited to their maritime climate. Flora white blends l'acadie, vidal, and muscat into a slight white, with time only in stainless to preserve freshness. Fragrant pear, lime blossom, white peach, and soap bubbles float through this light white, with a bump of unnoticeable RS there to balance off the racy, limey acidity, finishing with an anise twist.
