Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom varying vineyards around Jordan, this pinot noir was native fermented and rested 18 months in French barrels before bottling. Moss, wet wood, and autumnal forest notes work through the stony palate, with tart cranberry acidity to lift, and finely sticky tannins to frame, finishing astringent.
