Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada2020 was the inaugural vintage of this BdN, from pinot noir grapes grown on Block 5 of Jordan's Le Clos Jordanne Vineyard. After a ferment in oak and stainless, this rested 36 months on lees before disgorge March 2024. Crisp and bright, with dough, crunchy red apple, vanilla biscuit, and lemon peel, tightening the finish. The limestone hum is evident long after the wine ends.
