Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis Short Hills Bench estate riesling is primarily from the Homestead Vineyard, planted in 1984 with 21B clones on silty clays. After whole berry pressing, this was fermented in in stainless, with a portion in 3000L neutral foudres. Perfumed pear, baby lotion, peach blossoms are cut with a lime sherbet acidity, lifting the watery, barely off-dry palate to a snappy finish.
